Overview
At VanjaStore.com, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, because we provide custom items, we cannot accept returns. That’s why it’s important to verify the size charts and item descriptions before placing your order. To ensure the best outcome, you will receive a preview of the design 1-3 days after your order is placed. You will have 24 hours to contact us to request any changes. Please note that we can only accommodate a maximum of 2 changes to the original order, including adjustments to size, color, or design modifications. Be sure to review all product details carefully to avoid any issues.
Return Eligibility
Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom items, including personalized or embroidered products. For items in our merchandise section, they must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, and they must be in their original packaging.
Additionally, any items that are marked as final sale or discounted cannot be returned.
Return Process for Merchandise
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at contact@vanjastore.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.
- Receive a Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include all tags, accessories, and documentation, and ship it back to us at the address provided. Please include your RAN on the outside of the package.
- Processing the Return: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
Please be aware that we are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product. For items in our merchandise section, if you need to return an item, please follow the return process outlined on our website. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
