Yes, we ship worldwide. You will see the shipping cost to your destination in the checkout section once you enter your shipping address.
As we provide custom products, we are not a fast fashion company. We put all our love and quality into each design, so it will take 3-5 days to convert your design into a unique fashion piece. Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method available and chosen for your area.
We offer high-quality materials in all our products. Our hoodies and T-shirts are made from a blend of 50% polyester and 50% cotton, ensuring both comfort and durability
All our embroidery designs are outlined only. In some cases, they may include small details with filling.
All images or photos we receive are processed into vector format. This simplifies the design to be embroidered with up to four colors. If you need more colors, we offer a special service, but please note that it may increase the cost and production time, as our machine currently handles up to four colors per run.
To ensure accuracy, you will receive a preview of your custom design 1-3 days after your order is placed. You will have 24 hours to review the preview and request any changes. Please note that we accept a maximum of 2 changes to the original order, including adjustments to size, color, or design modifications.
Since each product is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot offer returns or refunds once the embroidery is completed. Because it’s difficult to reuse or resell personalized items, we ask that you review your design carefully before finalizing your order. If you have any questions about the design or process, we’re here to assist you before you confirm your order.
